1. Return Policy

• You can return products within 3 days of receiving the order.
• To initiate a return, email us at contact@mydesiattire.com with order details and reason.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom-stitched items

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after product inspection within 7 working days of receiving the return.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit (for COD orders).

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping will be arranged by us in most cases.
• In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customer may be asked to courier the item and get reimbursed.
